2. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law. 3. Time of seizure: from 09:30 am on June 16th, 2022 to until the completion of the actual seizure. 4. Place of seizure: At the place of the collateral. 5. Estimated time of : As from the time of seizing and keeping until collateral property is disposed, auctioned to assist Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Tan Branch recover debt or until the debt is fully paid. 6. The cost for disposing collateral property: Using appraisal result of agency, organization have competence for appraisement.
